Biography
Alexa Leggett is a painter currently between West Chester, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is enrolled at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture at Temple University and is expected to graduate Spring 2023 with a BFA in painting and a concentration in art education. Alexa enjoys depicting animals and people, capturing their unique personalities. She believes that her calling towards animal art is due to her family fostering dogs throughout her childhood. She currently owns a Bedlington terrier named Josie, who appears in her work often. Alexa is also getting her teaching certification and hopes to educate young people that art is an acceptable career choice. |
